How treatment works
Six steps, no surprises
Consultation and diagnostics
Exam, CBCT, digital scan. 40–60 minutes. Free.
Treatment plan in hand
A written document: stages, timelines, the price of every line item, and alternatives at different costs.
Agreement and fixed estimate
The price is locked in for 12 months. If you need it — a 0 % payment plan.
Preparation
Hygiene, treating active problems, and if needed — bone grafting or gum preparation.
Main stage
Implants, restorations, esthetics. All of it with try-ins and your sign-off at every step.
Follow-up and warranty
A checkup after a month, then every six months. Preventive care under warranty is free.
Questions we get at the front desk
Your first consultation — exam, CBCT scan and a written treatment plan — is free at any of the three clinics. The plan is yours to keep, even if you decide to be treated somewhere else. A follow-up consultation on an existing plan is $30.
Because an honest price depends on the starting situation: the number of canals, how much of the tooth is lost, the implant brand and whether bone grafting is needed. A single "from 55,000" next to every implant case looks good on paper and ends in a surprise at the front desk. We show the real range, and after an exam we lock a specific figure into the agreement.
Diagnostics and 3D planning, the guided-surgery template, the implant itself, the surgical stage, the healing abutment, a custom abutment and the permanent crown. The only thing billed separately is bone grafting, if it is needed — and that is visible on the very first CBCT.
Yes. A 0 % payment plan for up to 24 months is arranged at the clinic in 15 minutes, with no markup. We also prepare the paperwork for your private insurer — itemised invoices and treatment documentation — and can plan a larger case around a short stay in Warsaw.
The warranty depends on the type of work: implants carry the manufacturer's lifetime international warranty, zirconia crowns 10 years, ceramic composite 5 years, post and cores 3 years, acrylic dentures and crowns 2 years. One condition: a preventive exam and hygiene visit twice a year — both included in warranty service at no charge.
Three levels: nitrous oxide (light relaxation — you stay awake and can drive within an hour), medicated sedation, and general anesthesia with an anesthesiologist. Each is preceded by a separate anesthesiology consultation and lab work. Most of the "scary" stories here end with someone falling asleep and waking up with the work done.
