About us · since 2009
We have never changed our legal entity, never rebranded and never started again with a clean sheet. All 640 houses sit with one company — and so do the guarantees.
An hour or so at a big table. No obligation — even if you build with someone else.

01 History
We grew out of orders, not out of investment. Which is why every year here can be pinned to a particular house and a particular person who took the risk first.
Three people, a rented workshop outside Norrtälje and one client who took us at our word. The house is still standing; we call in every couple of years.
We bought the site in Norrtälje and installed the first press. From that point the timber was ours.
We took architects onto the staff. Until then we built other people’s designs and redrew their junctions far too often.
Cutting moved to the machine. Tolerances fell to a millimetre and shell assembly time halved.
Quality control became a department of its own, reporting straight to the quality director.
Four offices, 42,000 m³ of glulam a year and a two-month queue on the production line.
02 Production
A 4.2 ha site, two gluing lines, kilns holding 720 m³ at once, a CNC centre and a store of finished house kits. Every house we build leaves from here.
Our own access roads and loading bay — the kit leaves in one piece, with no transfers.
Loaded in one go. Wet timber physically cannot reach the line.
Enough for roughly 180 average houses, including orders from other companies.
03 Team
Every house has four names attached: architect, engineer, site manager and inspector. They are listed in the contract and you can write to any of them directly.

Head architect
Seventeen years in timber housing. She takes the first meeting herself: a brief for a house, she says, cannot be sent by email.

Production director
Responsible for gluing and cutting. He is the one who stops a batch when the delamination test fails.

Head of client service
She has lived in one of our houses since 2023, which is why she argues with production on the client’s side.

Head of site inspection
A former builder, pedantic to the point of rudeness. His checklists read like an indictment.
04 Documents
Click any of them and we will say what it certifies — and what it does not. Originals are shown at the meeting, copies sent on request.
Document
We build about forty houses a year
and we do not want to build a hundred.
Because at forty we can still get to every site, know every client by name and go through every defect ourselves. This is not modesty; it is a ceiling we chose.
A conversation with no slide deck and no pressure. We answer the awkward questions too.
